Key Responsibilities:
Manage lifecycle of Equipment Breakdown claims
Create technical and claims documentation
Communicate effectively with brokers and clients
Appoint and manage claims-related external consultants
Conduct loss inspections and prepare detailed reports
Requirements:
5–10 years in commercial property insurance or engineering
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma relevant to the field
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Highly organized with positive judgment skills
Willingness to travel to various locations in Ontario
