As a nanny matching service, we are currently looking for a truly reliable, experienced, and consistent nanny / mother’s helper for a family with two children, ages 3 years and 2 months.The position is available to start as soon as possible.The family is ideally looking for support:
Monday to Sunday, approximately 4:30 PM to 7:00–8:00 PM
Versatile on Weekends if you need one or 2 evenings off but would prefer someone who could do Saturdays and Sundays as well.
Occasional daytime support of approximately 5 hours may be added when needed

The main responsibilities will include providing a warm, nurturing, and welcoming environment for both children, supporting the parents with the evening routine, ensuring the children’s safety, comfort, and well-being at all times, and engaging them through age-appropriate play and activities.The ideal candidate will:
Be reliable, experienced, and consistent
Have previous experience caring for newborns and infants
Have a valuable understanding of infant and child development and age-appropriate needs
Be warm, gentle, nurturing, and able to handle situations calmly and confidently
Be responsible, self-directed, organized,



and comfortable taking initiative without constant direction
Be comfortable helping keep the kitchen and main living areas clean, tidy, and organized throughout the shift
Be comfortable doing laundry
Be looking for a long-term position and interested in building a strong relationship with the family
Be fluent in English;
French is a bonus

The expected hourly rate is approximately $22/hour, with flexibility up to $27/hour for the right candidate, depending on qualifications and experience.Before applying, please carefully review the following requirements:

Valid CPR / First Aid certification
Recent police background check
Verifiable references from previous childcare positions
Legally authorized to work in Canada
