We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and engaging caregiver to join our family for consistent weekly support on Friday afternoons (approximately 4 hours), with occasional babysitting opportunities at other times as mutually discussed.Our ideal fit is someone who truly enjoys being active and present with children — someone who will head to the park, jump on the trampoline, join kids in imaginary play, or explore the neighborhood on bikes. We value patience, kindness, respect, emotional attunement, and someone who can confidently connect with kids in a fun and grounded way.In addition to childcare, we’d appreciate some light household help during quieter moments — things like keeping the kitchen tidy, helping reset shared spaces,
