• Summarize RFPs and communicate with the Technical Team
• Develop proposal documents aligned with client requirements
• Organize proposal timelines and set priorities effectively




• Facilitate team meetings to track progress
• Maintain professional standards in proposal submissions

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in proposal coordination
• Relevant education or work experience
• Knowledge of RFP processes, especially municipal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong editing capabilities
