Become a Crisis Response Clinician with Shared Health at the HSC MH Crisis Response Centre, providing essential mental health services in Manitoba. This in-person position is suitable for bilingual candidates with robust crisis intervention skills.

This role focuses on immediate mental health support within a mobile crisis context. Candidates must possess a BN or RPN and at least four years of relevant community experience. In-depth knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and a valid driver’s license are significant assets for this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer immediate mental health crisis assistance
• Perform suicide assessments and interventions
• Build relationships with local agencies
• Ensure accurate patient documentation
• Engage in ongoing professional education

Requirements:
• BN or RPN degree mandatory
• Minimum four years community experience required
• Must be registered or eligible for CRNM
• Preferred: Fluency in French and English
• Background checks must be updated before employment
