As a Mill Maintenance Supervisor, you will report directly to the Mill Mechanical General Supervisor. You'll oversee a skilled maintenance crew and coordinate daily activities while promoting Agnico Eagle’s core values. Key skills include leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to health and safety in a rapid-paced mining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise mill maintenance crew for quality and safety
• Conduct daily safety and communication meetings
• Coordinate tradespeople for equipment maintenance
• Train crews for safe and productive operations
• Manage performance aligned with KPIs
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma required
• Interprovincial Millwright License needed
• 3-5 years in a supervisory role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with CMMS programs preferred
