Tri-Wave Construction Ltd. seeks a Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic in a full time, permanent role with benefits. You'll focus on preventative maintenance, repairs, and ensuring safety in the workplace.

As part of our team, you will apply your mechanical expertise to perform inspections, diagnose issues, and effect repairs on our equipment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment. Candidates with a Red Seal or equivalent in Truck Transport or Heavy Duty, along with a valid Class 5 driver’s license, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on equipment
• Accurately diagnose and repair mechanical failures
• Maintain service records and paperwork diligently




• Check parts availability before disassembly
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:
• Red Seal or equivalent certification in Truck Transport or Heavy Duty
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license; Class 1 or 3 with Air Brake is an asset
• Minimum 5 years experience in vehicle inspections and repairs
• Basic mechanical aptitude and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a physically challenging environment
