As the Manager of Workforce Development, you will connect SkilledTradesBC's training initiatives with the economic challenges faced by communities. This role includes overseeing the Workforce Readiness Initiative and collaborating with training providers, industry, and Indigenous organizations to ensure community needs are reflected in training plans. Your leadership will be critical in supporting apprenticeships and facilitating training accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and improvement of training initiatives
• Develop programs that support equity and Indigenous communities




• Manage funding and project teams for community training
• Track and report on program outcomes and performance
• Build strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders

Requirements:
• Background in workforce training and community initiatives
• Experience with Indigenous and equity-focused programming
• Strong program management and budget oversight skills
• Ability to engage effectively with community partners
• Knowledge of provincial training investment strategies
