Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy endpoint systems for library use
• Provide technical support for computing and AV equipment




• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in real-time

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a related field
• Minimum three years of endpoint support experience
• CompTIA A+ certification is preferred
• Experience supporting MacOS and Windows environments
