Become a key leader in supportive housing at The Salvation Army. We are looking for a compassionate Supported Housing Services Manager to oversee care delivery while ensuring high-quality outcomes for residents.

In your role, you will manage the operational and strategic components of resident care in a community-based setting. The Supported Housing Services Manager collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning and the delivery of person-centered services. You will lead nursing staff and healthcare aides, fostering a collaborative environment while continuously evaluating and improving care practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor care services to guarantee resident-centered care
• Lead the development and implementation of strategic care plans




• Engage in case navigation with various services and stakeholders
• Review performance metrics for quality improvement initiatives
• Advocate for residents and address concerns promptly

Requirements:
• Valid Regulated Health Care Qualified Qualification (LPN, OT, RN, RPN)
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in supportive living environments
• Familiarity with health services standards for continuing care
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check required
