Join Canada Life as a Senior Information Security Analyst focused on security awareness and training. Collaborate with teams to manage risks and enhance cybersecurity culture across North America and Europe.
In this permanent full-time role, you'll lead the development and implementation of security training programs tailored to diverse audiences. Your expertise in cybersecurity threats, training methodologies, and compliance will be essential as you elevate the security culture. Also, you will work closely with stakeholders to design campaigns addressing emerging threats and assess training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain security awareness training programs
• Design campaigns for phishing and social engineering threats
• Enhance training content to align with industry standards
• Create tailored learning paths for varied audiences
• Track training effectiveness and report findings
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in IT, three in information security
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• One security certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM) preferred
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of IT control frameworks like COBIT and ISO 27001
