At this time thisopportunity is scheduled 12-hour shifts

As thesuccessful applicant, you will do the following:

Assistpatients withactivities of daily living such as feeding, lifts and transfers, bathing, skincare, oral hygiene, and toileting

Perform delegated taskswhich have been delegated by an RHP in compliance with the RHPA for whichtransfer of functional training has been completed, such as insertion of adigit or instrument into a body cavity, care or procedure under the dermis andany task or skill needing a physician’s prescription

Assistwith medicationand medication reminders in accordance withestablished employer orgovernment policy

Observe patients &theirenvironments;,



report and document unsafe conditions and behavioral, physical,and / or cognitive changes toan appropriate supervisor

Communicateanddemonstratebasic information to person(s) in relation toactivities of daily living, light housekeeping, mealplanningandpreparation,in accordance withpre-established Plan of Care

Completeandmaintainrelated records and documentation such as communicationin Meditech in related progress notes or interventions

Restock various areas suchas patient rooms, PPE supplies and procedures carts

Assistwith patienttransfers to other areas within in the hospital

Order non-stock and JITitems asrequired

PSWcertification and/or partial completion of post-secondary nursing education

Previousexperiencein a high paced, rapidly changing atmosphere

Current CPR certification
