Join Brightshores as a Registered Nurse specializing in Women & Child Care in Owen Sound. Provide compassionate nursing care to paediatric and neonatal patients in a part time capacity.

As a Registered Nurse, your primary tasks will include delivering high-quality nursing care by assessing, diagnosing, and planning treatments for paediatric and ICN patients. Reporting directly to the department manager, you will also participate in quality improvement and utilize knowledge of cultural diversity in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement nursing care for patients
• Direct nursing care in a Level IIB NICU setting
• Participate in patient education and support
• Serve as Resource Nurse when needed
• Adapt and respond to changing patient needs

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario College of Nurses registration
• BCLS and NRP certifications needed
• Experience in paediatrics and NICU within the last 5 years
• Skilled in IV starts and venipuncture
• Self-directed with excellent assessment skills
