Join MTU Maintenance Canada as the Manager for the V2500 Engine Program in Delta, BC. This role focuses on professional customer service and managing engine shop visits.

As a full-time Manager, you will ensure the team has the tools needed for optimal customer service and shop visit processes. Responsibilities include overseeing customer setups, managing costs, and fostering collaboration across internal departments. You'll act as a key liaison for customers and support new business opportunities while maintaining strong team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct communication and contract management for customer accounts
• Ensure technical and financial compliance during shop visits
• Facilitate coordination among engineering and production teams




• Review proposals and support bid management initiatives
• Optimize financial outcomes and manage on-call services

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 3-4 years' experience in aviation customer support
• 2+ years of leadership responsibilities
• Solid knowledge of V2500 engines
• Familiarity with SAP functions and MS Office products

Lead and innovate in aviation customer support at MTU, driving excellence and reliability for all stakeholders.
