Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 7+ years' experience in HR Solutions, with 4 years in ServiceNow HRSD
• Hands-on experience with HRSD in product owner or lead role
• Proven ability to prioritize work based on value
• Experience in Agile or product management practices
