As a Maintenance Technician, you will focus on keeping our machinery operational while maintaining high-quality standards. You'll collaborate with management to prioritize daily work schedules and uphold safety through proper training of team members. Engagement with our EHS program and proactive problem-solving will be central to your role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain all equipment related to operations
• Participate in daily scheduling discussions with management
• Train and mentor team members on SOP and safety
• Identify and correct operational performance issues
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety guidelines

Requirements:
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with plant safety regulations
• Willingness to acquire additional certifications
