Relay is scaling rapidly and seeks a Director of Compliance to own strategy and operations across AML, sanctions, KYB/CDD, and regulatory change. You will build the team, partner closely with our sponsor bank, and drive an evidence-led compliance program that enables product launches at speed.
You will lead the design of monitoring, testing, and reporting infrastructure to demonstrate control effectiveness and maintain regulatory alignment while enabling growth.
