Lead and innovate within ENWIN Utilities Ltd. as the Senior Water Operations Manager in Windsor, ON. This role centers on enhancing operations and ensuring the safe delivery of drinking water.

As a senior leader, you will work closely with the Director to oversee all aspects of water treatment, distribution systems, and departmental initiatives. Your focus will be on strategic implementation, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for supervising staff development and emergency response initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee water treatment and distribution systems' operations
• Support maintenance and capital work scheduling
• Manage annual budgets and monitoring processes




• Enhance departmental health and safety programs
• Prepare operational reports for strategic decision-making

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering with over 5 years of relevant experience
• Class 3 Water Distribution Operator and Class 4 Water Treatment License preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Secure Drinking Water Act
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, GIS, and SCADA
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
