This permanent role seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse Leader to mentor nursing professionals while adhering to the NTC Nursing Framework. Candidates should possess a graduate-level Nursing degree and have over 10 years of clinical experience, particularly with First Nations. You'll foster an environment of cultural safety and reflect upon nursing practices to motivate team alignment with core values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical oversight and mentorship for nursing teams
• Advocate for trauma-informed and culturally secure care practices
• Lead by example in reflective inquiry and documentation
• Collaborate with Child & Youth and Mental Health services
• Ensure compliance with BCCNM standards and policies
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical nursing experience
• Graduate-level Nursing degree required
• Current BCCNM license mandatory
• Demonstrated leadership skills in nursing practice
• Valid driver's license and acceptable criminal record check
