In this strategic role, you will be essential in promoting the artistic mission of Scarborough Arts. Collaborate with the Executive Director to spearhead outreach initiatives while managing communications projects and personnel. Your creativity in both written and visual storytelling will drive engagement and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate marketing strategies along with organization leaders
• Project manage communications deliverables and staff activities
• Design outreach plans for programs and events with stakeholders




• Develop partnerships and maintain collaborative networks
• Attend and support Scarborough Arts events across the community

Requirements:
• Experience in Community Arts or Arts Administration
• Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe is beneficial
• Experience overseeing staff or volunteers
