Shape the future of Indigenous initiatives at Spirit Omega. Based in Toronto, this leadership role focuses on community engagement and program management across Canada.

As the Director of Indigenous Programs, you’re charged with guiding a dedicated team to deliver play-based learning and capacity-building initiatives. Reporting to the Vice-President, you'll enhance strategic operations and ensure cultural responsiveness in each program to support First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create Indigenous Programs strategy and operating plans
• Manage program delivery in Indigenous partner communities
• Lead, mentor, and promote an inclusive team workplace




• Oversee compliance with financial policies and guidelines
• Develop partnerships and represent the organization externally

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• At least 10 years in community-based organizations
• Proven budget management experience
• Familiarity with Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action
• Proficiency in digital collaboration tools
