Key Responsibilities:
• Develop compelling presentations for executive leadership




• Integrate capital allocation and operational performance
• Analyze cost drivers and budgeting cycles
• Facilitate consensus among multidisciplinary teams
• Apply probabilistic tools for scenario modeling

Requirements:
• Engineering or Finance degree essential
• 7-10 years related experience in mining
• Qualified Engineer or CFA designation advantageous
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• History of delivering major cost optimization projects
