Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain baseline and customer-specific forecasts
• Set inventory policies like safety stock and reorder points
• Lead monthly executive Sales & Operations Planning meetings




• Translate demand into Purchase Orders for execution
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting methodologies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
• 3+ years in demand planning or related fields
• Proven ability to scale demand planning in growing markets
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications
• Understanding of eCommerce planning tools
