Elevate operational risk practices at Manulife as the Director of GWAM Business Risk Management. Manage the RCSA program and collaborate with teams to enhance risk ownership.

In this strategic role, the Director will be responsible for the implementation of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment program. By partnering with process and control owners, you will ensure compliance and enhance the understanding of operational risk management across Global Wealth and Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance the execution of RCSA throughout GWAM
• Identify and evaluate key operational risks
• Lead comprehensive control assessments and testing
• Govern the Archer business process hierarchy
• Monitor remediation activities and support audits

Requirements:
• At least 10 years in Operational Risk or Audit
• Significant experience executing RCSAs
• Robust operational risk frameworks knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assist senior leaders with risk discussions
