Requirements

Who You Are: 10+ years in finance, energy, or related sectors

Proven experience scaling businesses $200M → $1B+ (or similar)

Track record raising $50M+ across venture, PE, debt, or hybrid structures

Strong sales leadership and capital strategy expertise

Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused
