In this permanent position located in Wascana Park, you will need a second-class power engineering ticket along with a refrigeration engineers’ certificate. This role includes supervising various class engineers and managing operational efficiencies in accordance with regulatory guidelines. You will also contribute to budget planning and support preventative maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the operation of high-pressure steam plant
• Implement safety measures and legal compliance
• Supervise engineers during their shifts for optimal performance




• Aid in capital planning and budgeting processes
• Work with Building Operations for auxiliary equipment repairs

Requirements:
• Must hold second-class power engineering ticket
• Refrigeration engineers’ certificate is required
• Experience with high-pressure steam plants is essential
• Excellent mechanical abilities and equipment knowledge
• Familiarity with computer-based operating systems
