Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and draft legal documentation for projects
• Assess commercial risks and recommend mitigations
• Support project teams during proposal and contract formation




• Advise on claims, disputes, and conflict resolution
• Strengthen relationships through effective risk management methodologies

Requirements:
• At least 10 years in legal practice
• Membership in a provincial/state bar
• Exceptional communication and drafting abilities
