As a Director in the Project Delivery Office, you’ll oversee a dedicated team while reporting directly to the Vice President of IT Portfolio Management. Your leadership will guide processes, methodologies, and stakeholder engagement across projects vital to goeasy’s growth plans. You will actively ensure that delivery meets organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the company’s project delivery through robust execution principles
• Build and maintain partnerships with Business Owners and IT leaders




• Contribute to the development of project delivery standards
• Report progress to Senior Leadership
• Mentor and develop a team of project managers

Requirements:
• 10+ years in cross-functional project delivery management
• Proven experience in leading program management processes
• University degree in engineering or related field
• Experience with multi-project management
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
