As the head of the Retail Education department, you’ll manage a team of four, focusing on impactful training and development that aligns with CHANEL's brand values. Your role involves collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to create a comprehensive education calendar while ensuring effective communication between corporate and field teams, driving retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate and lead a dedicated team of Retail Education specialists
• Design and implement training programs for product knowledge and client relations




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seasonal educational goals
• Act as a liaison for effective communication of strategies
• Regularly assess and enhance current education programs

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in retail education
• Solid understanding of luxury brand principles
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
• Experience with virtual learning tools
• Flexibility to travel throughout Canada for training
