This role focuses on technical leadership across mining operations, fostering a sustainable and responsible approach. You’ll enhance workforce capabilities while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards to maximize resource value.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily field mapping and sampling for ore quality
• Train junior geologists in grade control and safety protocols
• Direct marking of ore and waste boundaries in the pit




• Oversee grade control model updates and inventory tracking
• Collaborate with engineers on structural hazard monitoring

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Geology or relevant Geoscience
• 10 years in Mining Operations or Resource modeling
• 5 years supervisory experience required
• Robust leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Leapfrog, and MineSight
