Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support for life and social skills
• Participate in planning and documentation of Care Plans
• Create a predictable structure and manage behaviors




• Attend to the physical and emotional needs of children
• Communicate effectively within the team and community

Requirements:
• ECEA Diploma or Community Support Worker Certificate preferred
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
• Experience with children needing extra support an asset
• Knowledge of child development and behavior management
