Description:

We are seeking an experienced consultant to help improve the user experience for inspectors by reviewing and optimizing priority business workflows within a federal government environment. This engagement will focus on identifying process inefficiencies, reducing user friction, simplifying digital workflows, and recommending opportunities for automation and modernization.
Requirements:
Strong experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization
Expertise in user experience (UX), service design, or human-centered design
Experience conducting workflow assessments, process mapping, or process mining
Ability to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities
Solid stakeholder engagement and executive presentation skills
Reliability Security Clearance (mandatory)
Federal government experience is an asset
