STRIVE is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician / Power Engineer with a robust background in industrial electrical work within a manufacturing setting, boasting 3-5 years of hands-on experience. You will contribute to a safe and organized work environment while participating in routine inspections and addressing production equipment breakdowns. Your focus on preventative maintenance and effective troubleshooting will be vital for operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair low- to medium-voltage electrical systems
• Install and maintain control circuits and relays




• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to reduce downtime
• Develop and complete electrical maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and protocols

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Industrial Electrician experience
• Proven track record in troubleshooting electrical systems
• Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, Motors, and controls
• Preference for Red Seal certification or Class 4 Power Engineer
• Boiler and refrigeration experience an advantage
