Support Ashcroft Inc.'s Stratford facility as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. Ensure the safety and reliability of our production systems through hands-on maintenance and technical expertise.

As part of Ashcroft Inc., you will carry out essential maintenance tasks, troubleshooting mechanical equipment, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will be vital to the operational capacity and safety of our manufacturing processes. Experience in preventive maintenance and a dedication to operational integrity are key in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems promptly
• Inspect hydraulic, air, and gas lines for functionality




• Document maintenance tasks and cooperate with teams
• Keep a clean and safe work environment per safety standards

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED with additional training
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance required
• Solid troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with CMMS and computer usage
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and flexible schedule availability
