Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all water service regulations
• Provide performance feedback and support staff development
• Prepare and monitor maintenance and project plans




• Collaborate with staff and contractors on maintenance activities
• Develop and manage budgets for operations

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in water treatment operations
• At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Class III and IV Operator certifications required
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License in positive standing
