Become the Senior Operations Executive at DUER in Vancouver, BC (hybrid). Spearhead planning and logistics for a pioneering apparel brand on the rise.
This leadership role is focused on establishing the operational framework that will support DUER’s rapid expansion. You will lead the S&OP; process and ensure that the right products reach customers seamlessly. Integrating AI solutions into our forecasting will be key to your success in this full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive merchandising and demand planning strategies
• Manage S&OP; processes for productive decision-making
• Implement AI for impactful demand forecasting
• Oversee logistical operations and distribution networks
• Develop robust inventory and sourcing strategies
Requirements:
• Solid background in scaling operations through planning
• Strong leadership with remote and international teams
• Expertise in omni-channel distribution (retail and online)
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems
• International operational experience is a plus
