As a Business Analyst, you will interpret complex business requirements into technology solutions. With 4+ years of experience and solid knowledge in OEMS, you're well-equipped to enhance our Information Systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure system efficiency and compliance throughout trading processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements
• Create workflow diagrams and functional specifications
• Facilitate the implementation of CRIMS settings




• Document processes and ensure requirement traceability
• Engage in testing and support system upgrades

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• At least 4 years of business or systems analysis experience
• Preferred experience in OEMS or tech support roles
• Solid understanding of trading processes and compliance
• Familiarity with SQL and C#.NET technologies is a plus
