Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation, negotiation, and execution of complex agreements

• Manage external counsel relationships and legal spending
• Enhance legal templates and negotiation frameworks
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) and bar admission
• 10+ years in commercial legal experience
• Expertise in B2B SaaS contracts and negotiations
• Solid analytical and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
