Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect to deliver Salesforce solutions using Salesforce.Com (SFDC), Agile Scrum, and Public Sector Foundation (PSF)Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer and Architect to deliver Salesforce solutions using Salesforce.Com (SFDC), Agile Scrum, and Public Sector Foundation (PSF)Join a complex Salesforce initiative within a municipal public sector environment supporting multiple active Salesforce applications. This role focuses on architecture, development, configuration, integration, and customization across Salesforce.Com (SFDC) solutions using Public Sector Foundation (PSF), Apex, Lightning Framework, and Agile Scrum delivery practices. The successful candidate will contribute to a complex integrated project delivering iterative solutions through 2-week Sprints following SDLC processes.End date: October 15, 2027Initial term: Approximately 12 monthsExtension: Peel has the option to extend it for two additional 12-month periods — so potentially up to 3 years total.Hours: 35 hours/week (7 hours/day).Hybrid: Minimum 2 days onsite per week.Must-Haves6+ years of practical Salesforce solution delivery experience, including medium-to-large, complex Salesforce projects.Strong Salesforce architecture knowledge: platform features, architecture, security, configuration, customization and integrations.Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, coding standards and security.Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration:FlowsWorkflow RulesValidation RulesApex development.Public Sector Foundation (PSF) / Vlocity experience, including the PSF data model.Salesforce data modeling, data migration and data cleansing experience.Testing/debugging – unit testing, code reviews and troubleshooting.Ability to create comprehensive technical/design/implementation documentation.5+ years working in Agile development environments, including cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication/stakeholder skills – able to understand requirements and explain technical concepts clearly.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I – MANDATORY. Proof of certification must be submitted with the bid.
