Job description / tasks

• Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of staff who prepare food


• Ensure the food and service meet quality control standards


• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures


• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage


• Prepare and submit reports


• Maintain and order supplies; requisition food and kitchen supplies


• Maintain computerized stock inventory


• Clean and maintain workspace


• Address customers’ complaints or concerns






• Perform same duties as workers supervised
