As the Executive Director of Compensation and Classification Services, you will guide the development of creative strategies aligned with HEABC's mission. Your expertise in compensation practices and change management is key in supporting the province's healthcare employers and advancing human resource objectives. This senior leadership position allows you to drive improvements in processes and build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop key goals aligned with HEABC’s vision
• Lead provincial compensation and classification strategies
• Foster collaboration with members and unions
• Ensure compliance with compensation frameworks
• Provide strategic classification expertise
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 10-15 years of senior leadership experience
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
• Knowledge of public sector compensation programs
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
