Partner Ecosystem Operations
RBC Capital Markets’ Data, AI and Research Technology team is seeking an experienced specialist to drive the strategy and operational management of our external and internal partner ecosystem across data, AI and research tech vendors . This role ensures partners are sourced, onboarded, and managed in a way that drives business value, reduces friction, and scales responsibly across the Capital Markets platform. Will work closely with the Product, Governance, Compliance, Procurement and Market Data teams to oversee the partner life‑cycle creating sustainable and efficient processes ultimately tracking benefits and creating positive commercial outcomes.

Job Description
RBC Capital Markets’ Data, AI and Research Technology team is seeking an experienced specialist to drive the strategy and operational management of our external and internal partner ecosystem across data, AI and research tech vendors . This role ensures partners are sourced, onboarded, and managed in a way that drives business value, reduces friction, and scales responsibly across the Capital Markets platform. Will work closely with the Product, Governance, Compliance, Procurement and Market Data teams to oversee the partner life‑cycle creating sustainable and efficient processes ultimately tracking benefits and creating positive commercial outcomes.

What will you do?

Central point for all internal and external data and software partners owning the end-to-end partner lifecycle

Project manages onboarding and delivery of our partners ensuring compliance with all governance body processes

Maintains repository of all partnerships

Owns the data registry/catalogue

Track and optimize value realization from vendors (usage, ROI, business impact)

Create transparency through reporting and dashboards

What do you need to succeed? Must have

5-10+ years in financial services,



fintech, or enterprise technology environments

Experience managing data, AI, or technology vendor ecosystems

Strong understanding of the alternative data market

Strong understanding of third-party risk, procurement, and regulatory environments

Proven ability to build operational frameworks from scratch

Comfortable operating across strategy and execution

Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to embrace an AI-first approach: Actively incorporates AI tools and technologies into daily workflows to enhance productivity, streamline routine tasks, and drive efficiency. Demonstrates curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and applies them thoughtfully to deliver better outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.
