Analyze business and technical requirements
Produce functional and technical designs, including workflows, business rules, and integrations
Ensure solutions align with target architecture, IT standards, and organizational best practices
Collaborate with architects, development teams, and business partners
Support implementation activities
Contribute to estimations and planning
Support testing phases and analyze defects
Maintain up-to-date design documentation
Act as a key resource during production deployments
Support production activities
Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT solution design
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
Solid understanding of complex application environments
Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry, particularly underwriting and new business operations, is an asset
Experience with several of: Azure DevOps, .NET 8, Git, SQL Server, MongoDB, BizTalk, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and mainframe environments
Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence capabilities to design,



develop, or optimize modern web-based products and services within Azure DevOps environments
Intermediate English proficiency, spoken and written
Advanced French proficiency, spoken and written
Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in IT solution design, with a strong focus on analyzing business and technical requirements, producing functional and technical designs, and supporting implementation activities. Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experienced in leveraging Artificial Intelligence within Azure DevOps environments.
