Become the Director of Corporate Quality at Stream-Flo Industries Ltd., where you'll lead creative quality management initiatives. This full-time role is pivotal in shaping our quality objectives and performance standards.

In this key leadership role, you will oversee the strategic development of a comprehensive Quality Management System for Stream-Flo Group of Companies. You will build and mentor a high-performing Quality team, ensuring that quality objectives are achieved and maintained. Your expertise in quality assurance and process improvement will drive our mission to exceed customer expectations while cultivating a quality-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality management strategies
• Build and manage a cohesive Quality team




• Monitor key performance indicators for quality improvement
• Oversee audits and quality compliance processes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives organization-wide

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Senior-level experience with Quality Management Systems
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of oilfield manufacturing processes
