Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SOX compliance program end to end
• Update controls and policies per industry regulations
• Conduct risk assessments with control owners




• Support audit processes, especially SOX-related
• Maintain current, aligned compliance policies and standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 3 years of compliance experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of SOX and related frameworks
• Proficient in ticketing systems like ServiceNow
• Experience with GRC tools preferred
