Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Electrical Safety Officers and team members
• Manage key performance indicators for operational success




• Identify and implement process improvements in permitting
• Advise stakeholders on electrical safety regulations
• Fulfill local safety manager duties under the Safety Standards Act

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or electrician trade certificate
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Electrical Safety Officer Certificate or P.Eng. designation
• Experience in public sector or municipal environment
• Management experience in a unionized setting
