Take charge as the Pharmacy Initiatives Implementation Manager for Sentrex Health Solutions, working remotely to lead cross-functional program launches for specialty pharmacy services.

In this role, you'll report to the Senior Manager, National Pharmacy Operations, acting as the pharmacy subject matter expert on implementation teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage pharmacy operations during current program implementations
• Advise on the operational feasibility of program designs
• Coordinate training and competency plans for staff




• Oversee pharmacy readiness activities for new launches
• Document and escalate implementation risks and issues

Requirements:
• Minimum of five years in pharmacy operations required
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and software
• Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
