Position: The AI Practice Lead is responsible for building, scaling, and operating F12’s AI services practice as a revenue-generating business unit.

This role blendsstrategy, customer engagement, productization, and commercial ownership, with accountability for:

Managed services (MRR growth)

AI product resale strategy

R&D; and innovation pipeline development

You will take emerging AI capabilities and turn them intorepeatable, scalable offerings that drive customer value and recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute theAI practice strategy, including offerings, target markets, and growth roadmap

Build and manage aportfolio of AI services and solutions(advisory, implementation, managed, resale)

Establish pricing, packaging, andcommercial models across PS and MRR

Own practice-level performance includingrevenue growth, margin, and profitability

Customer Engagement & Solutioning

Leadcustomer workshops, discovery sessions, and advisory engagements

Translate business challenges intoscalable AI-driven solutions

Act as a trusted advisor onAI adoption, use cases, and ROI realization

Support sales efforts throughpre-sales solutioning and proposal development

Professional Services (PS Offerings)





Design and deliverAI implementation engagements(POCs, pilots, deployments)

Buildrepeatable delivery frameworks and methodologies

Developon-demand service offeringsthat are easy to scope, sell, and deliver

Ensure delivery quality and measurable business outcomes

MRR & Managed AI Services

Develop and scalerecurring AI service offerings, including:

AI optimization and tuning

Copilot adoption and enablement

Convert project-based work intolong-term managed services

Drive AI as acore attach opportunity across the client base

Identifyand onboardthird-party AI platforms and products for resale

Define and execute aresale and partner strategyaligned to F12’s model

Package products with services to createbundled MRR offerings

Manage vendor relationships, pricing, andmargin optimization

Enable sales onattach, upsell, and positioning strategies

AI Research & Development (R&D;)

Lead structuredR&D; initiatives to evaluate emerging AI technologies

Runexperiments, pilots, and internal prototypes

Convert validated use cases intoproduction-ready services and IP

Maintain apipeline of innovation feeding new PS and MRR offerings

Stay ahead of trends in generative AI and automation

AI Solution Development & Enablement

Guide development ofAI solutions, automation workflows, and integrations

Establish best practices forprompting, model usage, and solution design

Buildinternal enablement assetsincluding playbooks and training

Cross-Functional Leadership

Work collaboratively acrossCFO, CRO, and CTO portfoliosto align AI strategy withprofitability, revenue growth, and platform roadmap execution

Ensure solutions arecommerciallyviable, operationally scalable, and technically aligned

Build and lead ahigh-performing AI practice teamover time





Align AI initiatives withbusiness goals and customer outcomes

Success Metrics (First3-6Months)

Launch a defined set ofAIPS and MRR service offerings

AchievetargetedAI services bookings and revenue growth

EstablishMRR contribution through resale and managed services

Drive measurableattach rate of AI offerings within existing clients

Build and operationalize anR&D; pipeline with production-ready outputs

Deliver measurable customer impact in efficiency, automation, or revenue enablement
