Reporting directly to the CEO/Registrar, this position plays a vital role in managing the administration of the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) certification processes. You will lead initiatives that enhance the integrity and credibility of the CPHR designation, while also supporting strong relationships with educational institutions. Attention to detail and a member-oriented mindset are key in managing various regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage qualified standards and certification procedures
• Assess and ensure member eligibility for CPHR




• Support educational initiatives related to CPHR
• Provide operational support for governance and compliance
• Oversee process improvements and data reporting

Requirements:
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Post-secondary education in Business or HR-related fields
• Experience with member-based organizations is advantageous
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with regulatory processes is a plus
