Aboutthe Role As we head into our land application season from April 1 - November 30, we are looking for an agriculture Field Operator to support our land application team. As a FieldOperator, you will:
Operate pumps totransfer biosolids from tanker trailers to landapplication equipment;
Managethe flow of biosolids to ensure controlled and efficienttransfer;
Effectively communicatewith supervisors, drivers, and management staff,providing information on biosolids application,equipment breakdowns, and addressing concerns withthe land application team;
Conductregular maintenance on application equipment,including pumps, hoses, and spreading mechanisms;
Inspect andaddress issues promptly to prevent breakdownsduring biosolids application.
AboutYou 1-3years of experience in the agriculture industrypreferred;
Experience operating andmaintaining tractors/heavy equipment is an asset;




ValidG or G2 license with a clean abstract;
Safetycertifications, such as Working at Heights and CPR areconsidered an asset;
ITliterate, able to understand, record and manage data acrossdifferent software platforms;
Flexibility to work avaried schedule, work may include 12+ hour days and outof town work.
